Sales Executive – Security & Integration Solutions
Al Asr Technologies is on the hunt for a driven, ambitious, and learning-hungry Sales Executive to take our security and integration solutions deeper into the Saudi market.
This isn’t a desk job; you’ll be on the move: visiting clients, opening new accounts, spotting project opportunities before anyone else, and getting hands-on with the products and solutions that keep cities, businesses, and people safe.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily Field Visits: Meet clients, consultants, and integrators to present solutions and open doors.
- Project Hunting: Proactively search for opportunities, track tenders, and identify projects early.
- Solution Presentations: Demonstrate products, explain integrations, and show real-world impact.
- Proposal Preparation: Work with the pre-sales team to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
- CRM & Reporting: Log visits, follow-ups, and pipeline activity to keep deals moving.
- Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales engineers to tailor solutions to client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Transferable Iqama and a valid Saudi driving license.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Comfortable knocking on doors, making calls, and doing real field sales work.
- Curiosity to understand security, ICT, and integrated systems.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, online proposals, and MS Office.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (or willingness to get certified within 3–6 months).

Sales Engineer – Solutions & Integration
Al Asr Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer to help drive solution-based sales across infrastructure, mobility, security, and digital systems.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership and technical teams to identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and ensure proposed solutions are both commercially and technically sound. You must be able to break down a solution into its components before the proposal stage and have an eye for spotting “grey areas” or risks in design and integration.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in technical sales, understands solution architecture, and can collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across public and private sectors.
- Review project drawings, technical requirements, and material take-off details.
- Break down solutions into their components before proposal preparation.
- Spot missing elements or risks in solution designs and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and contractors.
- Track and manage opportunities, communications, and submissions through CRM or shared tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Stay informed on project pipelines, bids, and market developments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of sales or sales engineering experience in ICT, ELV, mobility, or related project-based technology fields.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and integration concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Proven skill in identifying risks or “grey areas” in proposed solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of working with online proposal tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sales cycles.
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.

Pre-Sales Engineer
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs. You will work closely with the sales team to understand requirements, design tailored solutions and prepare accurate proposals.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities and understanding customer requirements.
- Design solution architectures and prepare bills of materials (BOMs).
- Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Work with engineering teams to develop accurate cost and time estimates.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with compliant and competitive proposals.
- Assist with proof-of-concepts and solution validations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to clients. This role involves coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, shipping, and delivery schedules with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Track shipments and resolve delays or customs clearance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder supplies as needed.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Liaise with project teams to align deliveries with project timelines.
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations (preferred).
